Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Paddle).

CI/CD Data: When you connect a webhook, we receive commit metadata, test names, log snippets, and repository information necessary to analyze failures. We do not store full log contents beyond what is required for failure analysis.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the CI/CD failure analysis Service
  • To improve failure detection accuracy over time
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Paddle — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data)
  • Cloudflare — CDN and infrastructure hosting
  • AI API providers — for log analysis (no identifiable repository data is retained by them)

4. Data Retention

CI/CD failure summaries are retained for 90 days. Log content used for analysis is deleted within 24 hours. Account data is retained as long as your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation for legal purposes.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and conduct regular security reviews. Webhook payloads are verified using signature validation.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing louis@faillens.top. We will respond within 30 days.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Paddle, GitHub). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
