We stand behind FailLens. If the Service does not save you time debugging CI failures, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
For monthly subscriptions, refunds are available within the first 30 days of your initial payment. After 30 days, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, but you may cancel at any time and continue using the Service until the end of your paid period.
One-time lifetime purchases (including Early Bird pricing) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Email louis@faillens.top with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
Refunds may be denied if the Service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrated abuse.
