Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FailLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FailLens is a Slack/Discord bot that analyzes CI/CD pipeline failures and provides a one-sentence summary of the root cause. The Service is provided as a webhook-integrated SaaS.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to process data from projects you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Exceed rate limits or otherwise abuse the infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment. All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

FailLens is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall FailLens be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
